I was driving on Memorial Parkway South on Friday the 10th when a chunk of concrete about a half dollar size, came flying off the back of the truck and hit my windshield. The debris never hit the roadway, it came directly off the truck. After trying to get the driver to pull over with no luck, I call Moon Construction. They basically told me to go kick rocks; it's road hazard and that I'm just out of luck.
