Outstanding food with huge variety of flavors in each bite. Creative use of a triangular space. Great music and very attentive and friendly staff.
Why have I not been here sooner!!!? Finally someplace in Boston that isn’t afraid of FLAVOR & SPICE!! Seriously some of the best food and cocktails since I moved here last year. Great execution of flavors, textures cooking. Loved the ribs, Jamaica patty, mango salad, chicken, halibut ceviche/avocado, Bibb salad. Cocktails were interesting and tasty with some great variations on classics. Wow what a great spot! Normally I don't love the drinks off menu at most places as they are usually too sweet but this place gets it right! All the cocktails are well balanced and the food is so good. I will say the food veers toward Indian fusion and the spice may not be for everyone. Wish I found this place sooner. Perfect spot for shared plates and drinks.
I’ll start with the positives. The drinks were interesting, the vibe was chill, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired. Out of the 5 dishes we ordered, the only thing we liked was the pork and crab curry. But even that dish was too acidic to feel like curry. And the “curry” had no viscosity. Cool place but it's very small with very limited table seating. Go when it's slow or plan on sitting at the bar or standing. The food looked really good, but it was super busy and we didn't want to stand and eat which is why I put food at 4 stars. Except for the water guy service was really slow. Call for reservation if you want to sit. Abby the bartender was very friendly. Food prices looked reasonable, but drink prices were a touch high. See attached menus
