I’d rather just total my car than let these meatballs work on mine again. Are they friendly yes, but their service sucks. First underquoated time frame to get my car back, then I get it back and the door they replaced whistles, I take it back it then turn into almost 4 weeks before I get it back. They fixed my car great and Eric was so kind and also worked with me on storing my car when troubles occurred in my life and couldn’t come get it right away. I am so grateful I found this shop and 10/10 recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with Moon Auto Body. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. The staff were rude and dismissive, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously.
