I’d rather just total my car than let these meatballs work on mine again. Are they friendly yes, but their service sucks. First underquoated time frame to get my car back, then I get it back and the door they replaced whistles, I take it back it then turn into almost 4 weeks before I get it back. I get it back still does the same thing, on top of the a bolt for the door was loose, it still whistles, and they didn’t even put a piece of trim molding back on, instead they ripped off a piece from my back door tossed it in my car... read more
They fixed my car great and Eric was so kind and also worked with me on storing my car when troubles occurred in my life and couldn’t come get it right away. I am so grateful I found this shop and 10/10 recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with Moon Auto Body. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. The staff were rude and dismissive, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Scott deserves the biggest shout out. He was truly amazing. While our car took a lot longer to get fixed than we originally thought, he worked with us to help with the rental and our car inspection. Promised us it would be done before our new baby was born, and he made it happen! Can’t thank him enough!
