My car was towed here by my insurance company following an accident, and the experience was wonderful. The team at Moon Auto Shop was friendly, professional, and efficient, and they completed everything very quickly. After a stressful situation, this was such a relief and a much better experience than where my car was initially taken. I highly recommend them.
Unfortunately and fortunately, I know this place all too well. They do good auto repair work here but be aware that they're scheduling is out several months typically.
Scott was absolutely awesome! Very personable & got back to me in a timely manner with any questions I had. He offered amazing customer service getting my car serviced quickly & back to me before the holiday. My tire even got flat while it was at the shop & he patched it for me free of charge. This is what I call a good employee! Hard to find these days. Thanks Scott!

They took the time to listen to my concerns, handled everything smoothly with the at-fault insurance company, and truly helped ease the stress of the situation. A solid 5-star experience!
