I had a very disappointing experience with Moon Auto Body. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. The staff were rude and dismissive, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Scott deserves the biggest shout out. He was truly amazing. While our car took a lot longer to get fixed than we originally thought, he worked with us to help with the rental and our car inspection. Promised us it would be done before our new baby was born, and he made it happen! Can’t thank him enough!

I recently took my car in to get an estimate for a front end inspection after an animal strike. During the rather quick inspection, I asked the estimator if he wanted to open the hood to see if there was any additional damage he declined and said he could see that there wasn’t. He wasn’t engaged and I felt like he was bothered to even be looking at my car. AWFUL! They recently fixed my BMW 440i with some light front end damage. Part of their repair involved replacing the main radiator and the heat exchanger. When I got the car back it felt low on power and was throwing a 20A201 code for coolant loss detected in the low coolant circuit, 108B06 charge air temperature too high, 118001 fuel-air mixture too lean, 11CF30 mixture control - multiple faults.
