This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a broker. The receptionist was dismissive and noticeably rude. I simply stopped by to drop off some brochures, but her expression and demeanor made it clear I wasn’t welcome. As a yacht owner, I would never consider using this brokerage for any service—whether it's insurance, marina berths, or boat sales.
