I attended Mooloolaba Surgery on 30 July 2026 for a skin check. I paid $200 for the appointment and was very disappointed with the length of the consultation and the service I received for that fee. My concern is not simply about the Medicare rebate. I was concerned about the amount of time spent on the consultation and whether the service provided was reasonable given the fee charged. Reception older lady clearly hate’s people was an extreme grump and quite offensively refused to provide my blood test results saying that is policy I attempted many times explaining I just need the records not another gp appointment until I’ve viewed them. I spoke to a very helpful person in another team who told me how to get them directly via myGov.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and I am now talking to Ai who is saying the wrong information and we can get put through to real people. Too old for this

Dr Krasner and the team have been amazing. I see them once or twice a week to help manage a chronic pain condition, and Dr Krasner and his team have always been so accommodating and respectful. The receptionist, Caroline even called me the day after a flare to check in on me. To the women reading this: The Buderim clinic is fantastic too and they provide pain relief during an IUD procedure.
