It’s easy to be critical but I think it’s more important to be grateful. The doctors have so little time and have such a high work load and they are humans as well. I believe Dr Nick works moment to moment and is present and I’ve only had good interactions. Thanks Dr Nick.
Horrible experience. All started at the phone call to book in and the rude receptionist who clearly should not work in customer service. Then what was meant to be a simple appointment turned into a 1.5hr long battle with the rudest dr I have ever encountered. Asked my partner a question then as he was answering shoved her hand in his face and said “shhh” had to call the health department as she had no clue how to deal with a simple thing then complained about our children getting restless after sitting patiently in there for... read more
Have been here a few times now, absolutely incredible service from the team here. Dr Nicholas is incredible and I will recommend him to anyone that will listen! Made me feel very heard, safe and in good hands. He is extremely good at his job. He’s not dismissive or in a rush to get you in and out (I don’t feel like just a number) he’s clearly very knowledgeable in his field. If you’re looking for a doctor that’s kind, patient, determined and knows their stuff - he’s the guy !!

I visited the clinic early this week and had a great experience. Dr Nicholas was lovely, knowledgeable and all went well. The staff from the lab was very professional and sweet too.
