Dr Krasner and the team have been amazing. I see them once or twice a week to help manage a chronic pain condition, and Dr Krasner and his team have always been so accommodating and respectful. The receptionist, Caroline even called me the day after a flare to check in on me. To the women reading this: The Buderim clinic is fantastic too and they provide pain relief during an IUD procedure. Easy to book through their website and see them promptly. Dr Krasner is knowledgeable and willing to help. He knew good local specialists for refer. I couldn’t figure out the practice’s conditional bulk billing and the carpark was sometimes full and I’d be searching nearby streets for a park.
The receptionist where very rude and unhelpful. Wrong person for working with customers service….canceled my appointment!!
It’s easy to be critical but I think it’s more important to be grateful. The doctors have so little time and have such a high work load and they are humans as well. I believe Dr Nick works moment to moment and is present and I’ve only had good interactions. Thanks Dr Nick.
Horrible experience. All started at the phone call to book in and the rude receptionist who clearly should not work in customer service. Then what was meant to be a simple appointment turned into a 1.5hr long battle with the rudest dr I have ever encountered.
