I don't know where all these reviews are coming from but I didn't have the same experience. There are a lot of salons in Parksville and Qualicum beach but I made an appointment based on recommendations from social media and Google reviews are flawless. I knew it was the most expensive salon in Parksville but as the saying goes you get what you pay for so I was expecting something special. Really great environment with very kind workers, Allie did an absolutely amazing job bringing me back to blonde with practically no damage at all and was extremely sweet and friendly. Will definitely be back :)
