Choose Moody's! I considered Kinetico and Culligan. All estimates came out to be about the same for a well treatment system (heavy iron, heavy odor). They beat the competition for a few reasons. 1 - more bang for your buck. I just got more system with moody's. 2 - more individualized components instead of one singular catch-all resin bed. Moody’s was recommended unanimously by surrounding neighbors. We needed a system that addressed our well water (hard water and sulfur smell). We are 100% satisfied. I had called Moody's 2 weeks ago because our water system was disgusting and I was expecting to have to wait a good few weeks to a month to have someone come out. To my surprise he said they could come out that same day, I wrapped up at work and ran home and they were there. I got a quote on a Monday and had the whole new system installed on Wed. Moody’s water supply installed our unit in 2018. We had an issue with an injection container that randomly started leaking on our garage floor. I stopped by their store to purchase a new one being that it’s five years later they were kind enough to give us a brand new one for free. They truly stand behind their work. They do salt deliveries to us and service our unit every year. They are super friendly and eager to help unlike any other company I’ve worked with in the Hampton roads area.
