Extremely happy with Moodys! New to well water, I called them to look at my currently installed system. They had someone nearby and to the house within an hour!!! Got them to install an iron filter and now do the maintenance on the system which is just the cost of salt. Highly recommend!
We decided to upgrade our well water. Saw Moody's sign right down the street. Called Robert and he explained what they do and he sent out his brother Daryl who came out the same day. He looked over our existing water softener, took some tests and said we need an iron filter. He showed me how to regenerate our water softener which I did every day for a week. We had an amazing experience with Moody’s Water Conditioning Services! As new homeowners on a well system, we had no idea how anything worked. The team at Moody’s came out and not only got us set up, but actually took the time to walk us through the entire system. They explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable using it. I have been working with Moody's since I bought a home they had installed and I can't say enough about them. Just incredibly responsive and help you get the right person if it isn't their domain - like my well recently locking up. Your problem is their problem, and they help you figure it out. They really care and it shows. I just love this company.
Fantastic customer support! Has helped me over the phone multiple times without coming and charging me. Also only charges half the service fee if it’s 30 minutes instead of an hour. Awesome customer service and won my loyalty the first phone call.
