My family trusted repair guy for the past 10 years. My dad recommended Moody’s to me. Mr. Billy has repaired 2 of my cars (one of them being an insurance claim, to which he made the process stress free on my end). I’ve left very satisfied with both repairs. He gets the job done right every time.
Tried calling Billy multiple times for repair, once they get your money they are out of the door. Integrity is no longer here they send out body work and it comes back shotty.
Very bad customer service, Billy dies not ger back to you. Multiple phone calls, with issues on car. Reputation is no longer 5 stars, due to him retiring on his way out of this business.
