Excellent experience start to finish, no complaints. Clean, efficient and friendly
Brought my brand new truck here per Quirk to get it repaired had an an appointment date for Monday November 17th and I called to check on it today the 19th as I was told it would only take three or four days. Truck hasn’t been touched and Moodys said now they can’t work on it till after the 1st of December and didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know. There reviews definitely show how they conduct business. Very frustrating as this is my work vehicle.
My bodywork on my car looked excellent. It did take bit longer than I expected, but everyone was very personable.
They have had my car for 3 weeks, I brought it in on the day they told me to, and still have not started my car. Very unacceptable
They have terrible customer service been waiting 4 or 5 months they gave me a date it’s been 2 months over the date. Won’t be using them after this time. They haven’t contacted me but once had to call my insurance company to get that call. Haven’t kept me informed at all. But when they were finished it looked great. Great work bad customer service.
