My husband got in an accident the week before Christmas. Moodys couldn’t get him in until 4-8-26, which was totally fine. We were supposed to pick it up 4-30-26 and it hasn’t even been started. It’s been sitting for 2 weeks that we could have been driving it. WHY???

Hit a deer with my Explorer. Shop recommended by USAA. Was contacted quickly...estimated approximately 6-7 weeks to get in the shop. Got it in early and got a text or phone call almost daily with updates. Less than 4 weeks and she is as good as new. Beautiful job.
They like to estimate low, and then add supplemental charges. Their mechanics are not competent to do a thorough inspection the first time around or they wanna milk the insurance? They are not licensed adjusters. As you can see they just spit out numbers to get the work then try to add on.
