Sent my car there for what I was told was going to be a three week job. After they started tearing the car apart they found further damage which prolonged the time they had my car in possession. Completely understand, can happen with these types of things. Insurance has also played a role in the length of time my car was held in possession. Had my truck repaired here. Minor damage, great communication throughout the process. Work was completed ahead of schedule and looked great. Interactions with the team were great.
I brought my car to Moody's Collision in Augusta to have both the front and rear bumpers repaired. The rear bumper work was fine — no complaints there. But the front bumper? An absolute letdown. According to the estimate, the front bumper was supposed to be removed, repaired, and fully painted. What I got instead was a spot repair. They only fixed the exact area I pointed out and painted just that section — leaving cracked and damaged paint. I recently had some repair work done on my car- so very pleased withthe work- you would never know it was "injured", the staff was excellant in getting my car repaired and returned to me sooner than I had expected, they are the greatest- cery honest, personable and very reasonable priced people,I definitley would reccommend Moodys to anyone -I give them 10+ rating-Thank you for a job well done at a very reasonable cost-Rockie Dupont
David Sanford was absolutely amazing to work with. I lost my mom and grandfather a week apart. My mom had her car at Moody's to be worked on. David showed me so much kindness and compassion and worked with me on getting her car taken care of. He went above and beyond with his customer service which is a rare thing today. He genuinely cares about people. I would highly recommend using Moody's and working with David Sanford! Thank you so much!
