When it comes to customer service and satisfaction Moody's Collision and Auto is on point. They get it done right the first time!
I called moody’s and scheduled a drop off for a small repair in the rear of vehicle,while they assured me that it should only take a few days to a week for repair, Three weeks have gone by and they did absolutely nothing including No phone calls or emails for updates. Now I’m out rentals money and time wasted , How are they still n business is beyond me. Complete nightmare !
