BEST SHOP IN NEW ENGLAND!!! I LOVE MOODYS
Amazing all around! I brought my Tesla Model Y here for some dent/paint repair after being hit in a parking lot. It was great to find a Tesla authorized repair shop to avoid having to drive to MA. The fix was done very well and looks brand new, bonus point for basically detailing the inside of the car as well.
They didn’t get the paint correct the first time. Then they forgot about our car and are rushing to finish. They blamed us because they have 25 other cars to fix. If they can’t handle 25 cars, there’s a serious problem. A redo through insurance should be #1 on their list. The production manager and quality control are a joke. It sucks Moodys is the ONLY location who accepts State Farm in the area. Also, the receptionist is rude! We picked up the car and it was still wrong! Communications was excellent and proactive! Unfortunately, all of the communication so far is to inform me of mixups, errors, and omissions on Moody's part that have turned a door dent on a Tesla into a two week repair (and counting...) This location is a Tesla Approved Collision Center which requires Moody's to meet equipment, facilities, and training standards.
