A fantastic experience! All the staff are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Moody's is a preferred partner of my car insurance company, and I can see why. In particular, Hunter, an estimator at the South Portland site, was kind enough to drive me home soon after my car was towed in, following an accident that totaled my car. I wasn't injured, but it was a challenging time, so I greatly appreciated Hunter's cheerfulness and courtesy. Excellent team! My car’s front grille was replaced at another body shop, and during that work, they caused small scratches on both sides of the bumper. I was advised to visit the South Portland branch, so I took my car there. The work was done very nicely, and my car now looks Great. Since it’s a new car, I was initially hesitant about whether to proceed, but Ryan Gorman gave me confidence and handled everything perfectly. Thank you so much, Ryan Gorman, for the excellent work!
I never write reviews but I cannot be any more grateful for these folks! I'm traveling and had my bumper basically flapping in the wind. They came out to the parking lot and fixed right on the spot and got me back otr. They are so kind, generous and know what to do!! Thanks again guys, I appreciate you!!
