Truely can't say enough positive things about the group of guys at moodys. Bought a new x3 rc rr whole purchase process was smooth no hidden charges no up selling ect. Fast forward a few weeks had a major issue with machine. Called them they told me to bring it in ASAP took it in that night mechanics stayed late to fix my machine and got it going same day. They without a doubt have the best customer service iv ever delt with. 20/10 recommend them and will be purchasing all future machine from there.
Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Bought an Xpedition here a few months ago (really easy process) and just took it in for its first service. The service guys are super friendly, very thorough, and take the time to explain everything in detail. Just an all around great experience!
This place is awesome and honest. Called today because my daughter’s sxs went into limp mode and wouldn’t run. Called Moody’s to see f I could drop it off for service and they diagnosed the problem over the phone, got the part ready for me and explained how to change it out so she could get back to riding today. Made her day. I’ll continue to go to Moody’s just based on this experience alone. Thanks for getting her back on the road. Great place and people here. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
