DO NOT RECOMMEND. BEWARE! Mr. Moody’s initial rate for estate dissolution was three times more than my lowest quote, which I agreed to pay. Then 3/4 through the case, he attempted to charge me 8 times more than my lowest quote. There was nothing out of the ordinary involved. No surprises, nothing. He also charged me for work another lawyer completed. I just paid it because I am grieving my mom and want to finish her business. He is one helpful and very proactive attorney ... gonna talk to him again on new case ... overall one great attorney have missed working with him just had one conversation and he was already on top of the game for that
