This property is not worth your money and if I knew what I was getting into before hand I wouldn’t have jumped into the property it was too good to be true… They don’t work with you and want their money right away it’s no talking to them and everything is done by the book so don’t be late on your rent or she will take you to court quick so i would not recommend to my worst enemies. Purchase a home recently and beautiful home but can tell cheaply made and was rushed to get people to move in quick . My family will make it work but make sure you throughly check the home before signing because they will act like you bothering them if you ask a question.. won't purchase another home from the company but it works for my family in the meantime
