My husband and I saw Jeff today at the Grapevine birth center for an anatomy scan. It went perfectly and he was so pleasant to deal with. We spent $250 out of pocket which was very reasonable and we're so glad we were recommended to him! Thanks again.

Mr. Moody’s office was able to get me in for an appointment super quickly and at a convenient time, which is always a plus since everyone seems to be backed up awhile! He was very kind and attentive, and talked through the entire thing. I’ve dealt with a lot of quiet techs who sometimes give you a bit of anxiety since you’re wondering if everything is okay, etc. but I felt so much better about baby’s wellbeing because of his explanations. I really enjoyed my appointment!

So far to date, I've had nothing but good experiences with Jeff and his crew. We once had a co-worker run out of gas on his drive to work; as the good Samaritan, Jeff assisted. We've always received the best of services from their x-rays.

Avoid if you can. Poor communication and lack of transparency. Called three times and left two messages weeks before our appointment to confirm our insurance was accepted. No response. Their website said it was, but said nothing about needing a doctors referral. (We use a midwife, so not possible). Surprise, surprise the day of our appointment they called to confirm, and we finally got an answer, but too late to reschedule with another company.
