Today I had the best experience in a bank... I never thought I would say this, but it was real. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome, by Ms. Tanya Mitchell, by the way, thank you very much! She explained to me correctly what I had requested, and she was very patient with me. A human being like few others. I had an emergency regarding a family member and needed to get money to them asap. I went online and noticed (for the first time) that I could use bill pay and "pay a person". I completed everything and the family member activated from their end via text.(what a great idea!) Tried to send the money and was locked out of my account b/c the amount was "over the limit".
