I had an emergency regarding a family member and needed to get money to them asap. I went online and noticed (for the first time) that I could use bill pay and "pay a person". I completed everything and the family member activated from their end via text.(what a great idea!) Tried to send the money and was locked out of my account b/c the amount was "over the limit".
