I had an excellent experience at MOOD Wellness Lounge. From the moment I walked in, the entire atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. You can tell they take pride in creating a space where you can truly unwind. My massage therapist, Maureen, was outstanding. I went to MOOD Wellness Lounge on my birthday and had a deep tissue massage and a facial, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed and helped relieve so much tension. This was by far the worst and most stressful spa experience I have ever had, when I was hoping for exactly the opposite. The massage was a gift to my sister—a couple’s massage—and what should have been a relaxing experience turned into a very frustrating and disappointing one.
