let me first start by saying how much I love this place!! with that being said I am very highly disappointed with there lack of social distancing during the week and even more so on Saturdays!!!! they let however many of people inside the market as they can cram in there! unlike everywhere else who follows the percentage of people allowed in at a time. They are not only putting the customers in danger but also there employees. I have came here on multiple days before posting this to make sure it wasn't just a one time fluke.
Yes had a great time apples are delicious 🎃
A family friendly place with courteous staff. I highly recommend buying their apple cider donuts.
The kids had a blast picking pumpkins and apples!
Apple Cider Donuts are the best!
This has been my favorite stop along the way to our shore home for decades. Always an enjoyable experience. Their fresh fruit has always been top quality helping to make each week of the growing season extra special. The Cider Donuts are always tasty fresh and their apple cider is the best anywhere! Nowhere can you find better cherries, blueberries or fruit jams. Their beans and peas are always better than anyone else’s and their sweet potatoes are always free of blemishes.
I would never come to your farm again after the way we were treated last week. We came to pick peaches early last Saturday, and we were sent to fields that were bare. Not a single peach. Other than the rotted ones on the ground. My kids were so upset as they love to go picking. We came back to the stand to see if there was another field, and your staff couldn't have cared less. They just continued to send people to bare trees. Shame on you Mood's farm. We have been coming for years, and you've lost us now so customers.
Business response:
Alysha Kerico We're sorry for your bad experience. This was not a good year for peaches. Most of them were frozen in the spring. That was the only field available at the time. Last Saturday was busier than we expected and the peaches were picked faster than expected. We officially closed the field around noon. We told our staff to let us know as soon as someone tells them when the field is empty so we can do better next time. We hope you give us another chance.
We love being able to pick our own goodies each season. The kids constantly ask to go “pickin’” looking forward to all things fall!
had a great time picking sunflowers my 2yo had a great time
