I want to respond directly to the owner’s response number 2 to owner and LAST response because this is waste of my time. I don’t need my friends or family to leave reviews for me, and I find it concerning that you continue to make assumptions about who is leaving reviews rather than addressing the actual service concerns being raised. You service is leading to those reviews. Horrible Service, Not Worth the Hype I was hesitant to come here because the reviews are mixed, but after experiencing it myself, I can confirm that the negative reviews about the service are accurate. I was greeted and seated, but then waited 30 minutes just to have my order taken while other customers who arrived after me were helped before me. The food and service not great. I went in and waited and my order was not taken in based on who walked in first it was based on a dark female choice. I went in to support the Arabic business and was in shock with how I was treated.
Highly recommended! The zucchini pancakes and the shakshuka were each so good that we savored every bite. The salmon alongside the zucchini pancakes was perfectly tender. Fatima's delicious and aromatic tea also accompanied the other flavors perfectly. Their fresh orange juice was also like sunshine in a glass.
I visited mood a few weeks ago and had a very poor experience. I am typically not one to write reviews but i thought my experience was so bad that i had to share. When i was first seated i noticed how condescending who appeared to be the owner or manager of the restaurant was towards other patrons of the restaurant. She acted like the customers were being a burden to her as if they were not spending their own money here to have a nice experience and eat good food.
