Booked online. Got a text saying my appointment was pending. Never got a call or email saying it was confirmed however, when I would click on the link in the text saying it was pending, it would show that I had an appointment (see photo) I waited a whole month for this appointment. Whenever I’d try to call the place, no one answers the phone, it just goes to voicemail. I showed up for the appointment anyway because per the text link, it showed there was indeed an appointment. I like going to Mood, all the beautiful ladies are so talented! Julia has cut my hair and my daughter a few times. Mel did my eyebrows. We are going back soon for highlights with Julia (for my daughter) and color with Sierra (for myself). I am sure it will look amazing!
