This location is a little tricky to get to. But it is easy to get in and out of. They have 3 lanes, so the line keeps going. The staff are nice and outgoing. They have @20 vacuum stations.

So I asked for an air freshener as most times I’m offered a complimentary one. This particular time I’m told I have to go in and buy one… I did read the reviews and I see how this hasn’t been good customer service to others as well. I could understand buying one of the bucket of suit fresheners weren’t sitting there that are or have been free the last 4 years I’ve been in Columbus
I stopped in last week to find out why l was able to go through the wash. Someone sideswipped my husband vehicle and damaged both vehicles. It had been some time since I was to go through due damage and in the shop and waiting another 30 days. I was very impressed with the Assistant manager Latisha! Got it figured out quickly and I did not forget and wanted to make sure she got a good review!
