The location is good. It is a little tricky to start the line, it isn't clear when you first pull in. It is a smaller wash than others. It seemed to do an ok job. There are plenty of vacuums.

Moo Moo damaged my wheel. I filed a claim and they denied it. DO NOT take your car here if you have low profile tires. This is the front driver side wheel which first goes on the track to guide the car. For reference this is a 21 inch wheel on a 245/35/ZR21 tire. I have been through before on different winter wheels no problem. On April 13, 2026 I took the car through with the 21 inch wheels and the damage pictured occurred. Quick wash. Did a pretty good j9b.
Terrible customer service. There was an issue with my monthly payment that I was unaware of until I attempted to go through the line. I’ve been a long time member and never had any issues in the past. The guy that came out to assist was obviously very annoyed and spoke in a curt and condescending manner. The problem was solved in less than 5 minutes. When I asked a very simple question, his response was, “how am I supposed to know how the computer works?” Literally no reason to speak to someone that way.
