The location is fine. The people are great. Zero issues with that. This is about paying for a 3 mos package, getting a new car a week later, then asking if they can transfer that same package to a new sticker for the new car. I go to the Hilliard one, the guy swings the gate, and says, “…your account was paid, but call the office…your membership was canceled, I will let you thru, no big deal” he was awesome, but its still embarrassing as hell and it was busy. Supposed to be open til 8pm. Showed up at 705pm and it was closed! Poor customer service.
Are they not giving out air fresheners with car washes??? I’ve been there 3 times this month and no air fresheners..
