I had a great experience at this car wash! The service was fast, the facility was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. You can tell they actually care about making sure customers have a good experience instead of just rushing people through. One employee in particular really stood out to me. Stop making your employees ask me to get a membership. I just want to pay. Sometimes it takes me a couple minutes to get them to accept I'm not going to get a membership. I don't like having to tell them no multiple times. Of course I'm polite because I know this is some corporate policy. Until you change this policy I will be giving every Moo Moo I visit 1/5 stars.

Wonderful young lady named Ty at the Reynoldsburg Broad location! She was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. She is actually the reason I decided to become a wash member. She made my experience great, and I truly appreciate her positive attitude. Moo Moo Car Wash is lucky to have her.

Ty at the Reynoldsburg location was a great help. She makes sure I have my car wipes and air vent scents every time I go through the car wash. Her smile sure does make my experience better, she’s always ready to work!!!

Exceptional customer service! The vacuums always work and the staff do an excellent job keeping the space clean so i feel like a rockstar cleaning my car. My children love that the wash has lights and colored soap. I think the landscaping looks really nice too.
