I was taken by surprise by just how helpful a member of the team was, even though it became clear that the issue required another type of service after they did some tests on a key fob and the gentleman then gave me some great advice but declined to charge me. Granted it only took him about 10 minutes but most would have just said we can’t do that and sent me on my way. I will be taking my car there for work I know needs doing very soon. Amazing and thank you so much
