My elderly mother had to wait an absurd amount of time (during COVID’s few scheduled appointments and no one else in the office) with no polite introduction or apology for tardiness. Hand washing for this dentist is poor and his gloves touch everything, even after having been in my mother’s mouth. The initial fit was ok and she was informed that the relining to one piece and fit of the new piece would need some getting used to.
