I purchased a Generac generator from Monyer in 2021 and have maintenance performed every year. This time, Jeremy, the technician, came out to do the service. I asked him a few questions regarding the generator and he answered them thoroughly and made sure I understood everything he was saying. When I asked him how to connect the unit to WIFI, he said he would be happy to do it. I've used Monyer Electric the past few years and have been very happy with all their work. They installed my whole house generator 3 years ago and does maintenance service on the unit every year. Kyle came out this time and explained exactly what was involved with the maintenance before he got started which I appreciated. He was friendly and didn't mind answering a few questions I had before and after the service. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend Kyle and Monyer for your electric needs.
