Absolute best trainer and massage therapist in the city! Stephanie is professional, SO knowledgeable, fun and energetic, AND so committed to helping me achieve the results I'm seeking. Best workouts ever! But not only is Steph amazing, the entire Monvida team knows their stuff -- all around fitness and wellness pros! Every visit to the gym offers up a truly supportive and welcoming vibe.
Monvida offers an excellent atmosphere for individual and group classes. Their trainers are excellent and very knowledgeable about muscle development, training and how to recover from injuries. Stephanie has been my trainer for 10 years and she is EXCELLENT. She is also a registered massage therapist. Since she does both personal training and massage therapy, her skills are unsurpassed. Monvida is a great place to be connected to!
If you're looking to workout the right way, monvida is the place. Not only are Steve, Stephanie, and Liz the best trainers I've worked with, they are also amazing people who genuinely care about their clients. When you're there you are part of a community and in a safe space. Through their expertise. I've been able to train and function normally again after some debilitating injuries.
