Monvida offers an excellent atmosphere for individual and group classes. Their trainers are excellent and very knowledgeable about muscle development, training and how to recover from injuries. Stephanie has been my trainer for 10 years and she is EXCELLENT. She is also a registered massage therapist. Since she does both personal training and massage therapy, her skills are unsurpassed. Monvida is a great place to be connected to!
If you're looking to workout the right way, monvida is the place. Not only are Steve, Stephanie, and Liz the best trainers I've worked with, they are also amazing people who genuinely care about their clients. When you're there you are part of a community and in a safe space. Through their expertise. I've been able to train and function normally again after some debilitating injuries.
If anyone is in the trades or if anyone's partner is looking at reviews for a place to send there blue collar partner this is the place to go. Having looked around for a few weeks and emailing a few places asking some general questions about services offered ( I have never had any sort of massage services ) Monvida was the only place who got back to me with accurate answers and a really good vibe and attitude.
