I can only rate based on the 4 months our daughter spent in the infant care and cannot speak to the other classrooms. The classroom was overcrowded. 12-15 infants crammed into a small room with dirty carpeting. Chew toys that smelled like they needed to be washed. Careless caregiver mistakes. Missed feeding. Falsified reports about the care that our daughter received. Infants picked up by the shoulders. Teachers were rude and burnt out. Our baby was sick every single week. Great school and excellent staff!
Cannot say enough good things about this location! We started off using it for back up care for my 2 year old and recently transitioned to full time after moving out of NYC! Everyone from the teachers to the front office staff could not be nicer or more helpful! They do so many fun activities, the kids get so much time outdoors and are so great about updates and pictures throughout the day. There is the option for camera access for all the rooms which we love! Our son runs in the door every morning!
