This company’s marketing strategy is beyond insensitive. They send grieving families advertising materials that have been edited to include the personal details of the deceased. Name, date of death, and a spoof inscription on a potential headstone. This is NOT acceptable. They refuse to stop at a time where families need peace and support, not reminders that their loved one has passed. STOP THIS NOW!!!!!
I approached Sunburst Memorials with a rather unusual request for a memorial. They were able to provide me with everything I asked for and then offered suggestions and information to help me make the best choices within my budget. The memorial was installed recently and I am so pleased and grateful to Sunburst.
