I loved Carissa! She's such a fantastic instructor and very knowledgeable on cueing and muscle engagement. I felt super strong and stretched out when we were finished.
The music and moves were fun. The music makes you want to move ! Carissa is great she’s motivating, explains the exercises clearly and adjusts your technique so that you are safe. Highly recommend
I leave Carissa's classes feeling energized, strong, and empowered. Muscles sore, but not debilitating or hurting. Carissa uses her knowledge of anatomy and movement to guide you to explore beyond the stretch to engage specific muscles that are often ignored. I enjoy how she tailors each class to how attendees are feeling, for example focusing on shoulders.
