They are friendly and take their time with you, to make sure they understand what you want on your relatives tombstone. They a very knowledgeable.
Never had to do this before. Business has been there for long time and for good reason. Referred by Cemetery. Kim was great to deal with. Kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Reviewed all options (which they have examples there to look over) to choose from. Also gave me a time line of process. Fair price. Headstone was installed quicker than expected and met all examples and expectations.
Kim was very helpful and understanding! Very much appreciate the assistance while navigating through everything!
Monumental Finishers is an excellent business to work with. They are kind, compassionate and professional. I have worked with them on multiple occasions after the passing of my parents. Most recently I inquired on having their headstone cleaned. Kim was prompt and extremely helpful in getting it done. They compleded earlier than expected, did an excellent job and even sent photos after the job was complete! Highly recommend!
