A very dishonest company. Please stay away from them.
Very Frustrated. Their about info claims they close Thousands of HUD Deals...but when they didnt close one right...they leave you abandoned. I would expect any Title company to close a Hud deal to do it right...but if they didnt do it right...that they would do the work to fix it. My brother in law bought a Hud Home via their title company. But the person who the home foreclosed on showed up on TItle as a person of interest when he went to sell it. What a pleasant experience we had with Monument Title overall, but specifically with Limhi Meneses. They were timely, polite, happy; the place was clean, sleek, modern; there were snacks and beverages available and it was a peaceful environment. Limhi was fantastic to work with!
