Everything was explained to me. It all went smoothely.
I'll have to disagree with the previous review - it may be that you need to find another company for an all online closing; however, I found their COVID protocol sufficient. Masks were required (and provided when I stupidly forgot mine), hand sanitizer was provided at entry to the building and the office, we weren't there at the same time as the other party. These people don’t care about Covid! They have no measures in place for protecting you. Find someone else to finalize your closing. These morons insisted on me having to come to the office for my closing. I refused and will be doing business with another title company and recommend you do too! Covid non-believers are killing our country !
