It's 2026 and they still do not offer online closings. We recently sold our house and the buyer chose Monument. My partner had to lose work time and since we moved out of state I had to drive 2 hours to get to Alexandria for the closing. Additionally, the pre closing online software they use is cumbersome and configured incorrectly. It requires you to take pictures of your drivers license 3 separate times for 3 different reasons in the same session. I love working with Monument Title! Their team is always so thorough, responsive, and professional. Every closing with them is smooth from start to finish, and their staff is genuinely friendly and a pleasure to work with. Truly one of the best title companies out there!

Everything was explained to me. It all went smoothely.
I'll have to disagree with the previous review - it may be that you need to find another company for an all online closing; however, I found their COVID protocol sufficient. Masks were required (and provided when I stupidly forgot mine), hand sanitizer was provided at entry to the building and the office, we weren't there at the same time as the other party.
