They had high reviews so I decided to give them a go. First thing you do is drop off previous years' returns so they can review them and make copies. AFAIK Connie is their only accountant. I dropped them off and came back a week later. She didn't recognize me and hadn't made any copies. So I gave her another week. I came back and the place was all locked up. I've been doing my own taxes with TurboTax for years. This year I had some unusual tax issues and didn't trust TurboTax to get it right so decided to use a professional tax preparer instead. I am so glad I did! Now I can relax and wait for my refund knowing it was done correctly.
Connie is the best! Many years of experience and knows rentals, farms, working out of state. Makes this dreaded time of year do-able. Always gets us every deduction. I reco.mend her without reservation.
