I agree with the nice reviews: the rooms are very clean and comfy, the lighting is great, I love the mini fridge and microwave - very helpful. The managers are kind and very accommodating, the location is very convenient (tho not picturesque). Everything you need for an extremely reasonable rate.

This is our second time staying at this motel, both times to enjoy a show down the road in Egremont. It was just as good this time as last time. Very clean room, newly renovated bathroom, friendly and efficient check-in and check-out, and extremely affordable. It is a motel and is no-frills, but I don't expect anything like that at this price. This was perfect for our show down the road at the Buttonball Barn.

Owner (Berivan,sp?) was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean along with bathroom. For a nice clean place to stay, very good value.

I reviewed this motel about 2 years ago, and rated it 5 stars for location, value, and cleanliness. I almost hate to give them another 5-star review only because I fear they will get so popular I won't be able to book a room. What stands out on this trip above my previous 5-star review was the management. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and friendly and at the conclusion of our interaction said "Thank you for your business". A small gesture that genuinely left me feeling appreciated.
