Stripped multiple bolts on my Subaru, including breaking off a cam carrier bolt and not informing me. Rewired my engine wiring harness wrong. Ended up needing to replace the engine due to the stripped bolts. Did give me a deal on the hourly wage because they had to let the mechanic go that disassembled my car. Also had my car for over 5 months. Would not recommend for Subarus or highly modified cars.
Had an exhaust manifold replaced by Monument and the service was top notch. After waiting two weeks with another automotive company and not hearing back I was referred to Monument by a friend. They fit me in and had my truck inspected and serviced in less than a day and a half. Will definitely be coming back here! The price even came in cheaper than quoted since the job took less time than anticipated. Honest and efficient service!
This business “curbed” a car sale to me that had no rear brakes. Owner said that’s how race cars are. Did not honour warranty that was advertised.
