Miguel has done a great job of getting things fixed around the house when called for warranty work.
Monument home builders has been great. I bought a house from them a year ago and they have been super good at answering request. I recently had the help of one of their guys Miguel Fonseca come in and patch up little things in my house and answer some questions of mine. I am excited to continue working with them!
Outside of the front lawn issue they have been responsive to my warranty requests.
Trey does amazing work and is super nice 🙌🏽 helped fix up my house !
Buyer beware! Shoddy craftsmenship, difficulty with home warranty, and false promises about when neighborhood park would be complete. Would not recommend.
