They lied! We started to hear dripping sound coming out from the wall when we turn on the furnace. Other house they built have the exact same problem( read other reviews) but when I call instead of telling me what is wrong they asked for money just for people to go down and look at it. Which I believe they will state it as "normal" and will do nothing about it.
Miguel has done a great job of getting things fixed around the house when called for warranty work.
Monument home builders has been great. I bought a house from them a year ago and they have been super good at answering request. I recently had the help of one of their guys Miguel Fonseca come in and patch up little things in my house and answer some questions of mine. I am excited to continue working with them!
Outside of the front lawn issue they have been responsive to my warranty requests.
Trey does amazing work and is super nice 🙌🏽 helped fix up my house !
