Absolutely unprofessional nursing staff. Am an established patient with active UTI and still have not heard from my provider. Today is day five. Got better care at Black Hill's Urgent Care. Filing a written complaint along with this public review. We deserve better.
Trista Borgwardt was very competent and thorough. Her explanations were clear and very informative. My thanks to her and the staff. Since then I've had the surgery and the results could not be better. Dr. Tesdahl and his team took excellent care of me.
Two years ago I went In for a vasectomy, I did My pre-appointment and was told should be easy. During the procedure I felt pain and ask for more lidocaine which I was given. Not even 30 seconds later the doctor took his gloves off and said “we can’t continue you will be more comfortable being out under” and he proceeded to walk out. The nurse closed up and I was Taken to another room where they told me it would cost $12,000 and I needed To schedule it. This week I went To Sioux Falls where it cost out of pocket $1,600. It took a long time to fine a Urologist in town but thank goodness I found a great one. Everyone is so kind and helpful and caring. I really enjoy my appointments.!!!
