The guys here are friendly and knowledgeable! Facility lockeroom is very clean. I like working out here and am definitely not just leaving this review in hopes to get a free sweat shirt ;)
Best gym in town for TRAINING!
The EXOS coaches are wonderful! They adjust the exercises for my abilities and are so encouraging!
After taking a hiatus from training at MH I returned to the same welcoming atmosphere, fantastic staff, and awesome facility that I remembered. The workouts are structured and can be modified to any fitness level. The instructors do a great job of showing modifications as needed for each individual. I really feel energized after leaving each workout. And the locker rooms are always spotlessly clean.
