If I could Id give it a zero star, my provider left before I could have a procedure done that I've been waiting for since April. It's been rescheduled 3 times due covid reasons. The appointment was made for next Monday they called me yesterday to let me know my provider was no longer with the facility but they could make me another appointment expect this one wouldn't have the procedure I need it would be to establish care with another Dr instead of doing the procedure they would rather have their patients in pain because I'... read more
I have had nothing but wonderful treatment here. The physical therapists are fantastic and Dr. Sole was the first doc to give me real hope in years. I am heartbroken that he is no longer with monument health. My only complaint would be how long it takes to get a procedure done because of busy schedules but after years of seeing specialists I am used to waiting.
The sports medicine side of Regional (now Monument) has been a very pleasant surprise, compared to my negative experiences with some of their other departments. After only a few visits, one of the providers (Sole) had diagnosed two problems that had plagued for me at least five years each. Before seeing Sole, I'd visited many specialists, including physical therapists, chiropractors, and physiatrists. None of them were able to determine the causes of my pain.
