Abysmal. While waiting in the ER for Elsie to return and finish discharging me, another nurse came in and very harshly told me I'd been discharged and needed to leave. She treated me as though I were loitering for resting on the bed they had provided. It's very likely that I suffered some kind of concussion today and the lack of compassion here is truly astounding. Staff were very professional and helpful. Provider discussed options versus just putting in orders.
Getting sick on vacation is never fun but the staff at the Monument Health ER in Spearfish were professional and helpful. I’m going to miss a day of riding and let my body catch up and heal. Thank you for serving the community in Spearfish.
