I had a sleep study in Rapid City at the monument sleep center. Staff was really good, but I feel like their procedures are still somewhat barbaric. I feel like there has to be some sort of new technology that they're not using, because this process is quite uncomfortable. I have no idea how someone is supposed to sleep normally. The room and beds also need upgrading. If I had to do another one I would shop around and ask about new procedures and technology.
