I received good care at Monument. Employees have always treated me well. But the billing department, and their accounting issues, are borderline criminal. They waited over 500 days to bill me for care I received even after I had been to a monument location multiple times after receiving care and was never made aware of an outstanding balance. I was so very impressed with my Doctor . He spent so much time with me . I definitely recommend this place .
Dr Oak is wonderful! She listens and explains in a way that I can understand. I wish we could have her here permanently.
