Great experience with CPAP set up with Alex. She was very professional and made the whole experience easy. Love this place.
We called to rent a knee scooter for my 84 year old mother who had broken her ankle and was told by Bryon that it was not an emergency so she could just wait until Monday to pick one up. On Monday morning we were told that they had one but it needed to be checked over by a tech and it wouldn't be ready until that afternoon or the next day. Way to go the extra mile, people.
Alex was incredibly rude and unhelpful...
