Unable to schedule a procedure due to confusion with scheduling person. I stated that I did not understand her statement. She didn’t seem to care.
The call center frequently does not forward messages to the nurses, and calls are never returned. Multiple times I have been without my medication even with calling weeks in advance.
Accolades to Dr Islam Turk for his expertise at performing the flexible sigmoidoscopy for Harold Wortham on July 15th. Very much appreciated too were his efforts to expedite the following necessary surgery. Many thanks to Dr Turk and his entire very capable and compassionate staff. Last March I looked at my wife and her skin and eyes were yellow. Our family doctor ran a series of tests and admitted her to Monument Hospital on an emergency basis. She was turned over to the care of Dr Zakaria and his team where she was diagnosed with a rare liver disease called primary sclerosing cholangitis. Every six weeks she must undergo a procedure with Dr. Zakaria and his team to keep her bile ducts open and her liver functioning.
