I have a recent metastatic cancer diagnosis that has been plagued with communication issues, delays, lack of urgency and concern. Numerous phone calls regarding medications from people who are not on the same page. Too many fools in the kitchen. How many people does it take to get medications correct? What's supposed to be a healing environment has been anything but that. Zero emotional support. I've been told that this facility writes off their metastatic cancer patients and my experience seems to back that belief up.
Great care by great professionals
Dr Ulmer is fantastic. She explained everything in great detail but explained it in a way that wasn't overwhelming or scary. She made all the big oncology words understandable. It was very comforting knowing I was in such competent hands during surgery.
Dr Al- Shbool very informative. The staff are very friendly.
