After 30 years of skepticism and fear of chiropractic medicine I visited Monument Chiropractic. Dr. Richards took her time to evaluate problem areas and personalize my treatment. She took her time to explain every step and put me at ease. Dr. Richards also made suggestions for improvement of my overall health and well being. I was incredibly surprised how relaxed I felt during and after the treatment. I can’t believe it took me this long to discover the benefits of chiropractic medicine. I will definitely be returning!
