Customer service is overall terrible. Nobody can answer questions when faced them. They pass you along to someone else that also cannot answer any questions. They routinely give the run around on very simple questions. Zero communication skills between the whole lot. They drag their feet constantly with every little thing to avoid having to actually commit to anything at all. Horrible experience. Una agencia de lo peor el d�a que vas a comprar el veh�culo muy amables y te ofrecen garant�as en el veh�culo no aseguransas que te ponen en tu compra aparte te venden carros en mal estado compr� uno que al salir de ah� le entraba todo el aire por una ventana y regresa y les dige que lo quer�a cambiar y no quisieron ayudarme me dec�an que no sab�an de qu� carro estaban hablando Javier y la manager de ah� personas de lo peor

I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday for a regular service, non- working power seat switch and driver side lock actuator. Also had a concern about the transmission. The oil change was done but not the tire rotation because the tech didn’t have a socket to remove the wheels. No one informed me. I spoke to the manager and got that corrected. The tech still hasn’t done the transmission diagnostic. The seat has been repaired but not the door lock actuator and again I wasn’t informed. I called and told them fix it.
