Spent 25k cash for a certified preowned vehicle with a 5 year extended warranty and in less than 30 days the vehicle won't start. I take it to Monument and it will take 7 days just to diagnose in the mean time I can't use the warranty to get a rental because there isn't an open claim until after it's diagnosed. Always a fight on what is covered when I bring in my truck for service. After I bought a service contract from the same dealerahip. Update: One year later and this place is still terrible for servide. Lessons learned 1. Don't buy a truck here. Lesson 2. Don't buy a service package here. I I gave 2 stars and it was too high. I went down to 1 star.
Made an appointment 12:00. Figure we’ll go a little early see what happens. Bad idea here I am 2-1/2 hr later waiting on an oil change. I will not be coming back here.
